Do not short-circuit the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of the battery. Do not immerse the battery into water and acidity liquids, or allow it to get wet. The battery should be sorted in a clean, dry circumstance and charged to full by the charger every two months when not used for long time. Please charge the battery by using the special charger. Do not let the battery near fire. Do not disassemble the battery. User Manual of battery: 1. Please kindly check whether battery has enough power (please test with voltage meter) 2. Before connect battery to your controller, please firstly turn off power from throttle electric key (if have); 3. Please ensure whether positive and negative poles are correct and same as your controller power input; 3. After you connect battery to controller and make sure no any short circuit, then turn on power from controller User Manual of charger: 1. If you use 2A charger, then you don't need to check input voltage, it is 100-240V universal. If you use 5A Fast Charger, please kindly choose correct input voltage according to your country (110V or 220V), please make sure you choose correct one, we have no warranty for any problem due to this mistake. 2. Please kindly check whether your charger is labeled as "Output Voltage: 58.4V". This is very important, high voltage charge will bring danger. If the charging indicate lamp shows red, it means during charging; if the indicate lamp shows green, it means the battery is full. Can I use my own charger? Yes, but please ensure the output voltage of your charger is correct with 58.4V. 2. When I connect battery with my controller, there is no power Please kindly check whether battery has power Please kindly check whether positive and negative poles are connected to controller correctly Please kindly check whether you turn on electric key (if have). 3. After charge battery to full, shall I disconnect charger? Yes, best is after you charge battery to full, please remove charger. 4. Why the charging indicate lamp always show green when I charge battery? Battery is already fully charged (please test output voltage from battery discharge port) Between battery and charger doesn't connected well (please kindly check the cannon plug of charger, whether all 3 pins are straight and not bend) Maybe Charger is defective. 5. When battery has problem, what shall I do?
